Increased DT but no Mitral Stenosis?

Here is a PW doppler of MV flow. There was no Mitral stenosis as valve was opening well but DT in attached picture in prolonged. What could be the reason.Mit.flow.jpg Mit.flow.jpg

LV diastolic dysfunction : impaired relaxation,and it could be the normal pattern in aged persons.

the doppler goes with mild diastolic dysfunction , in mitral stenosis the E wave velocity is much greater and pressure gradient is increased across the mitral valve
