LV diastolic dysfunction : impaired relaxation,and it could be the normal pattern in aged persons.

in this case, can we confirm by TDI if it is 1st grade of DD  ?
yes

the doppler goes with mild diastolic  dysfunction , in mitral stenosis the E wave velocity is much greater and pressure gradient is increased  across the mitral valve
