typical hypotermia,regarding  the osborn waves, it  could not be mistaken with any other diagnosis

the concave upword of the st segment give the impression of pericarditis but we can see just after the qrs complex an additional wave called osborn wave. Osborn waves (also known as camel-hump sign, late delta wave, hathook junction, hypothermic wave, prominent J wave K wave, H wave or current of injury) with the bradycardia goes with hypothermia thank you

I beleive there are Osbourn Waves as a sign of hyothermia.
