p wave morphology is almost same except in a couple of beats. and pr interval is also same although short. i think it is just sinus arrythmia. please enlighten us steve...

Irregular heart rate of around 80/min. P & QRS has equal rate. Every P is followed by QRS.
Left axis deviation, around 45 degree.
r-r interval varies. P wave is changing its morphology.

Dx--- ? Wandering Pacemaker.
