Let's talk about this seventy-some year old man that comes to our office. I am a cardiologist "of course" and I love to do interventions. Then, the anamnesis. High blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, type II diabetes mellitus, uric acid elevated, prostate cancer and nose drops in Spring. Sometimes we become impressed because of the good feelings that comes after a difficult stent implantation. Fellows want to be the most skilled of the interventionalists. Some others, want to have the most modern echo machine, in order to see the most impresive 4D images of their patients hearts. Prevention and Treatment all at once.
Sometimes we become impressed because of the good feelings that comes after a difficult stent implantation. Fellows want to be the most skilled of the interventionalists.
