thank u for the addition of the last video about aortic regurgitation it was awesom and short yet efficient we really do encourage u to add more teaching videos like this and please we need more detailed echocardiographic explanations of m mode and how to use it in assessment of ventricular functions as well as how to use it in measurement and to diagnose heart failure ,valve disease ,diastolic dysfunction ..... by it.

let me thank u dear doctor for ur contributions those videos r really awesom with invalueable teaching material ,plz dont stop adding new videos ever especieally that alot of us here r just beginner so we need both basic skills as well as comprehensive videos that cover the entire range of cardiology as much as possible those videos r really much better than reading any book as it feeds us with audiovisual material that makes it easy for us to recall ,plz always support ur blog on 123sonography with all possible videos u can make we even want more than this but really i know iam too much demanding so thanks for every effort u do u and ur team
