Leadership of 1000+ marketing, sales and service employees. Skilled in balancing strategic objectives and tactical initiatives while managing to the budget consistently. An experienced cross-functional leader capable of creating a cohesive organization and market driven approach while building customer relationships that last.
Experience in both acquisition and of selling a business. Played a significant role in the acquisition and integration of HP/Agilent's HSG (Healthcare Solutions Group) into Philips Medical Systems. ($1.8 Billion acquisition.) Worked with the CEO and executive team of ATL Ultrasound to sell the company to Royal Philips Electronics. ($800 Million)

• Contributed significantly to the growth of ATL / Philips Ultrasound from $35 million to over $1.1 billion. (1985-2007)
• Philips Ultrasound was recognized by Klein Biomedical (KBC) a leading authority of the ultrasound market, as over taking the market leader with a 26% share of the global ultrasound market in 2005 and continued to gain share through 2007.
• Took a leadership role in the integration of ATL and Agilent HSG ultrasound organizations into a cohesive and powerful "One Philips" team, gaining market share and bringing many new products to key markets within our global business.
