I put together this survey with the help of Geoff Bird, Paul Checchia, Gil (MIA) Wernovsky and Steve Fishberger. Please take the time to fill it out (it should take less than 5 minutes) and pass it on to others. We want international responses. The more responses, the more robust the data. Our last survey attempting to document the number of pediatric CICU programs present in the world resulted in almost 500 responses and a manuscript that reported the results.
Thanks.
