no obstructive sign in both left or right ventricle outlet tuborous sclerosis is good point to discuss , however rhabdomyoma in tub.scl will regress with time and just follow up for the patient is enough thank you for your nice note

Is there something in the lvot also? at this age it could be a rhabdomyoma,and we have to look for tuberous sclerosis in this case.
